The whole bag is water resistant to a really good extent and it didn't let water through on a heavy rain of around 20 min straight. The bag is made up of good material and the side pockets for bottle/umbrella etc. is also made of up of that material which is durable and comes with a elastic to maintain the looks when unused. Zip quality: The zip quality is also great and smooth in working Storage capacity: It can hold a fair amount of things with a different partition for laptop/phone/tablet. The only downside you may face is, after suppose putting in a bunch of copies and other carrying material, you can't fit in a big lunch box or just a box in general (only when the bag is quite full already) The customer care support is phenomenal, I got some issues with my chain which got resolved within 2 days.
