It has been working well for me. I followed the instructions specially for the water fill level and always kept it a lot under minimum to not get burn. It's easy to use and portable. So far it's working good for me!

The media could not be loaded. This is possibly the worst product of all time… It’s dangerous and destructive… I turned it on completely as directed, and it started bubbling up and burnt my face with boiling water, splashing all over me on my chest and on my arm… I have photos to prove it. I turned it off. It kept bubbling and burning as it spilled over the edge… Again, I followed the instructions perfectly. I would like a refund for this product immediately it was the first time I’ve actually used it even though I bought it back in June last year it’s the nano ionic Facial steamer, and it needs to be taken off the Amazon site.
