i purchased this long back to try and get relief for my neck pain due to high amount of mobile and laptop usage (neck's natural curvature is lost).First time i used - i didn't like it since it aggravated the pain and i didn't use this for months.However i recently started using this for just 5-10 mins before sleep, it really helps reduce the neck pain.Since the foam directly contacts your back of neck skin --> it may be irratable. To overcome this, i used a soft blanketsmell - i doesn't matter to me as long as it is effective (smell is due to the material i.e foam)usage - initially, you may struggle to understand how to use it. i'd say this should be used may be twice or thrice a day for 5-10 mins. It is not for entire night sleepalso, you need to understand some basics of using it like keeping you knees bent and positioning your arms behind your ears (refer the product detail page images).. I have neck bump with slide spondylitis. Whenever feeling pain just laying down for 10 minutes. It helps. Very usefull product. I just wondering why I didn't buy it before.

I tried this neck device to help stretch my neck backwards since I have a desk job and often sit in a position where I bend my neck forwards. The shape of the device puts pressure on your upper back and the is a sore feeling afterwards.

Product is ok but we rarely use because there is some discomfort to the neck.
