My son loves this ice shaver. Its easy to use and quick to make snow cones. Make sure to keep a large enough container underneath to minimize the mess. Its easy to clean and not heavy for kids.

We received this over a month ago, and I should have unpacked then. Unfortunately I just opened it up to try it out and noticed a crack in the plastic base. It doesn't affect the way it operates but I'm worried it will get worse over time.

This is an ice eater's dream come true. I can't believe I have been without this all my life. It takes about the same space as a regular counter ice maker. Makes perfect ice in seconds. It comes out like snow. No need for aggressive chewing, it melts in your mouth.Biggest set back is it has tripled the amount of ice I intake a day!

I’ve had this ice shaver machine since 2022. It has help up to occasional use for events like field day and picnics for 60+ kids and adults. I don’t like that it’s make of plastic because it may not hold up to heavy use. I tried to get the warranty to replace it but there was confusion on who should provide the replacement. Which technically should have been the company but they kept claiming Amazon had to replace it. I was having issues with pieces of black plastic falling out of the machine when it was running. Which is dangerous. I’m looking to replace this for something more sturdy but at this price point it’s a decent starter machine.
