This is a beautifully made pot. Heavy duty and the perfect size. My one complaint is how HOT 🔥 it gets! Even on the lowest setting on my stove, this braiser is raging, boiling hot. It doesn't cool down like my other pots when you lower the heat. It's a bit disappointing

I bought this Dutch oven for my mom and she LOVES it. Uses it atleast 3 times a week and raves about it when I talk to her. I might have to buy one for myself!

Refused to pay more money to get less annoying color. After 1st use, discovered a chip in rim enamel.
