My toes have been cold for a long time. Socks do not do enough. I have put my feet in warm/hot water before bed to be able to sleep. I kept an electric blanket at the end of my bed to try to warm my toes at night. I took this supplement before bed and my toes warmed up to normal. I have long covid and read in a book to take niacin for cold toes. Answer to my prayers.

If not, save your money and experiencing possible side effects/prescription drug interactions.

I just got my niacin in the mail today and was happy to see that it had strawberry extract. When I tasted it, it’s a very TART lemon taste so was wondering where the strawberry extract comes from. I noticed everyone said it has a very pleasant taste or no taste yet mine is very TART!! Also, does everyone’s bottle come with particles in the bottom? It looks like rice, but was wondering if it is part of the product.
