Made kind of small I wear a size 9 shoe in women's and it fits but barely you have to put them on very carefully or they rip

Yep. They cover shoes and are rather inexpensive.
I have an ottoman by my front door that I keep these in. I just have one pack open and just reuse the few that I have open. If I accidentally walk outside in them, I just throw them in the wash.Great product.
