12Sets 1010 Series Aluminum Extrusion Profile Connector,12pcs 1010 Corner Bracket,with 24pcs Sliding T Nuts and Screws for 1" x 1" Extruded Aluminum Rail Accessories

I ought one pack at first (20 sets of corner braces for 1010, came with nice sliding nuts and m6 hex screws). It fits quite well for my project so I bought two more packs of this to have some spares. These fit very nicely, just make sure you see their photos regarding the corner braces because they will not work for mounting perpendicular to t-slot. I had bought a bit different corner braces for perpendicular mounting so this product worked great for me. Some say quality control should be improved, true but it's really NOT a big deal at all, they are still well made parts.

First off I was impressed with the lightness of the brackets. At this price I was concerned that the screws might be soft metal but was pleasantly surprised that they are quite good quality. There was some material left from casting but that was very easily removed since the bracket material is pretty soft. They are a little fiddly getting them to sit correctly in the groove so sometimes I'd think one was set correctly and tight only to find it loosen later with movement of the rest of the structure. So, had to re-tighten entire assembly several times before it was truly solid. Good product though and one of the few vendors with brackets for 1010 series at a small fraction of what 80/20 charges.

Tolerances and quality below average. They don't slide well in the tracks and they break easily.

Fake 8020 I know but they come with pretty poor painting on them. I used acetone to remove the paint and coat them by myself. Waste me some time and I would rather buy the authentic 8020.

Strong pieces to hold our 1” pieces of extrusion together in our sprinter.

Good quality, nice fit and pretty stout.
