As close to perfect as you can get. Cool looking Cup, No Plastic, Simple and Modern Design.
I’ve been looking for something that my 23 month daughter can drink out of that doesn’t contain any plastic but that would keep ghee milk cold and so far the Pura Kiki sippy cup has been almost perfect. Despite being almost 2 my baby is still nursing on demand. We’ve weaned her down some but she is still insisting on nursing to sleep at night and for any naps she takes. She also is still waking at night and wants milk before she goes back to sleep. (I know, I know Its my fault. I made the mistake of letting her nurse to sleep as a baby instead of letting her naturally transition into using her self soothing skills when they developed, So I’m kicking myself now that it’s too late 😩) So anyway, I’ve been searching for a non plastic/insulated cup (but similar to a bottle) to start working on transitioning her from nursing to sleep (and getting her out of our bed) but I was nervous as She’s never taken a bottle before so I didn’t know if she would even try the Pura. At first she was a tad confused. She is used to drinking out of straw style cups so she wasn’t sure how to use this type of cup lol. But later that night when tired and laying down I tried again and she was able to drink from it pretty easily. While I haven’t been able to kick the nighttime boob yet, the cup has still been a worthwhile purchase. Pro’s: -The milk stays cold for hours -the colorful sleeve is WAY better looking in person then on the screen which was a pleasent surprise. The colors are quite aesthetically pleasing, and doesn’t look babyish with little characters or shapes on it like most cups so no one is embarrassed by using a “baby cup”, it passes the “cool kid cup” test and no one has died from embarrassment from being caught using it in public. 😎 - it doesn’t sweat and the sleeve provides a great grip. I struggled to get it on at first (I took it off because it wasn’t lined up properly and it drove me nuts), but once I figured out the trick to rolling it up the cup it was super easy to adjust. I was worried it would stretch or rip but it didn’t. -Also, the cup seems pretty durable. It’s been dropped a few times and no dents yet. -The silicone lid is easy to drink from and so far as been pretty durable as well. My daughter hasn’t chewed it up so it must be decent material. -the cover confused me when I was looking at it online, but as soon as I got it I realized how great it was. It stays on and doesn’t budge. -changing the lid as your kid grows or for older kids to use it is genius. I hate having multiple cups for each stage. Especially considering that I have 3 little kids using sippy cups. Con’s- only one really. The lid does leak. My daughter left it laying on her bed at a hotel and it leaked onto the bed 😬 I figured it wasn’t leak proof and I’m not bothered by cleaning up liquid leak messes (I have three toddlers, all born right in a row so I’m used to cleaning up after 3 leaking cups and find it easier to monitor the cups and teach them to keep them upright at a table most of the time, then to chase them down). But if that’s a deal breaker for you then the Pura isn’t worth the cost because it will leak if it doesn’t have the silicone cap on it. However, if you aren’t hung up on a little leaking when it use then this cup is well worth it. Especially because if you put the cap on and toss it in your bag it stays put and dry. And that’s all I care about (and if cups leaking in your bag is a problem you have get a jujube bag. Made for moms, doesn’t looks like a diaper bag so I don’t feel weird carrying it when I am kid free, and most importantly They wipe off almost all stains with a wet rag and are designed to be washed. Genius idea really and absolutely worth the cost with their amazing magic material they use). My apologies, I digressed a bit... Anywhoo, The price of this cup is a bit steep. My “first time mom self” would of handed out a major eye roll and probably kicked my butt for spending close to $30 for a sippy cup. BUT when you realize how dangerous plastic is and the cost of using it in practically everything we possess, $30 doesn’t seem so bad. Plus, i’m Over the whole “bazillion sippy cups and all their annoying pieces” crap. I despise having 20 different baby cups to wash and Keep up with. It’s the one place I really embrace the minimalism concept because I really just want one good solid cup for each kid to use while playing and when leaving the house and otherwise we can use half pint mason jars with a silicone lid to drink from at the table. So if you can’t tell, I definitely recommend this cup and am buying the straw lids for my older kids to try out. If they like it I’ll get them their own insulated cup as well. I’m even looking at getting the largest size for myself.

The Perfect Kid Bottle
I'm blown away by how good this bottle is. Perfectly designed. No plastic or toxic chemicals leaching into the kids drink! Great nipple that doesn't leak at all even when put upside down and shaken. Stainless steel design makes it extremely durable. Kid can throw the bottle and it's no problem. There won't even be spills at all, because the nipple is so well made. Easy to clean with it's wide mouth top. You can put it in the dishwasher and it will wash the inside well. Both stainless steel and silicone have extremely high heat tolerance and are both used for spatulas as well. It's thermal insulation is really good and keeps the drink cold or warm for a long time. Comfortable to hold with silicone sleeve, and good side for a 2yo+.

Cannot recommend this enough! Stop debating, buy this one
This is a great quality sippy cup we purchased for our son. It is nice reflective stainless steel, encased with a silicone sleeve and a silicone nipple. We give him water with it primarily, but leaking is minimal. if you flick the nipple, it will fling water. Our son like to slam it down triumphantly when he is done, and so far many many months later, it still looks great! The only thing is, if your child is very little, you may have to hold it for him/her until they are strong enough to hold it on their own as it can be a tad heavy when fully filled. But if you are concerned with buying a high end non toxic sippy for your child, given all all the options out there, this one is the champ!!!

Not worth it. Don't buy
As much as I love the idea of plastic free drinking bottles for my pre-schooler, this bottle has too many flaws. First of all, the spout collapses during drinking. It's like the drinking process creates a vacuum and there no way for air to get in. What a flaw. My child literary can't drink from this spout. And the cap for the spout is ridiculous, no child could use it with ease (please see the video). So I purchased the "big mouth" silicone top lid next, to see if it would work better. Yes, it works but it's so uncomfortable to open and close that my 5-year-old cannot close it properly by himself which results in leaking. As a result, I can't send him with this bottle to school because it's not working for a child! For the price of $30 plus $8 for an additional part I would expect it to be working perfectly. But that's not the case. There are dozens of other stainless steel bottles that are simpler and work better for a child. I can't believe how flawed the design of this bottle is.

Overall good can be a little messy if used for milk etc. great for water
Nice cups, keep drinks cold but I will say they can be a little messy. Don’t necessarily leak but milk can sit at the top of the nipple after they take a drink resulting in that little bit to drip or be flicked if the baby plays around with it. If it’s just for water it’s great because a little water spilt doesn’t hurt anything.

Perfect form and function from infant to school age stages.
Love this as an alternative to plastic bottles and sippy cups! Even better than glass since there's no concern with breaking. My 10 month old is able to hold it himself, not too heavy or cumbersome at all. Easy to clean and measure with the inside markings. Our bottle nipples fit in case we ever need to switch out, and love that when he's older we can switch to straw or other tops. Keeps liquids cold, so perfect for outings. Totally worth the money. If we have a second baby I'll invest in more Pura Kiki bottles from the start since they will have uses beyond the infant stage.

Best cup ever!
Love this product because it's non-toxic and because it washes so simply without any areas where mold can grow like typical sippy cups. This cup is a 10/10 - it's the only one we use. You can also buy any style spout for their age. Great investment all around.
