If You're a Beginner or an Experienced Player, Here's Why You Should Get It
In summary, I would highly recommend this paddle to anyone interested in improving their game and buying a paddle that can grow with them. For context, I'm a recent college graduate who has played several other racquet sports and is starting to get interested in tournament play (likely playing at around a 4.0 level). For beginners:One of my greatest regrets (regarding my pickleball career at least) was looking for the cheapest paddle available online and going with that as my daily driver. I started off with a cheaper fiberglass paddle that was heavier, had less power, an inconsistent bounce, and was generally more difficult to play with. I think this likely delayed my progression as a pickleball player. Having such a well-built, premium paddle available at such a reasonable price is a steal; it's great to see new companies providing premium products at lower prices now that the market has grown. In my opinion, if you see yourself playing pickleball a few times a week, $99 as a one-time purchase is well worth the improved experience. Why recommend for beginners:- It's lightweight (which is easier to control as you work on getting your swing more consistent).- It has a nice amount of pop/power (which allows you to focus on your swing motion and less on power).- The elongated handle is amazing; I'm not a big guy (about 5'10, 170 lbs) but my hands were a little tight on my first cheap paddle. Cheap paddles tend to have short handles, so if you're a guy over 5'9 I'd recommend skipping on cheaper paddles because the upgrade is well worth it!- It's affordable and the features it offers are likely to accelerate your development as a player. It will also eliminate the need for a tough switch from cheaper fiberglass paddles to carbon fiber paddles, as this one is already made from a nice, gritty carbon fiber. For more experienced players:You've likely tried a variety of paddles throughout your time playing, but I still highly recommend this paddle to most people. I recommend this paddle because:- I love the weight distribution. I'd say it feels a little bottom-heavy, which in my opinion gives the paddle a better feel and makes it easier to control and move around (despite being a pretty typical 8 oz).- The carbon fiber is VERY gritty. Most of my backhand shots are slices at the moment (still working on my top-spin), but recently most players have really struggled hitting my backhand shots when I add some power to the ball (because of the amount of side spin I get). It's a VERY noticeable difference in comparison to my previous paddle.- It's a powerful paddle; I swing softer than I did with my fiberglass paddle and the paddle travels significantly further. While this has taken some getting used to in actual game-play, the adjustment was well worth it.- The handle has a VERY premium feel. I really love the grip that comes standard on this paddle, it's very comfortable and I haven't had any issues with it slipping out my hand (like I did with my previous paddle when I got sweaty).- The elongated face is perfect. It's a little narrower than my previous paddle, but when I missed shots it was typically due to a slight lack of reach (vertically) as opposed lack of paddle width. This reduction in weight (by being slightly narrower) has accelerated my swing speed without compromising on paddle length.

This will take your game to the next level!
I play collegiate level pickleball! and have been needing a new paddle. I didn't want to dole out $200 for my usual paddle and thought I'd give this one I try. This paddle is fantastic! The sweet spot on this thing is incredibly responsive, and I feel like I was able to learn it so quickly. I also get an incredible amount of power, way more than I did with my previous paddle (that was double the price). Also, at a higher level pickleball control is so important, and I feel like this paddle does not compromise control for power. A lot of times it feels like a paddle has one of the other, but I think this paddle has the perfect balance! I'm able to get a really good spin on this, and also an extra pop on my serves. If you're looking for a paddle, I cannot recommend this strongly enough! for the price it is an incredible quality, and it looks so sharp on the court! I love that the grip is aerated because I always sweat while I play. and it's actually so comfortable to hold, because it's weighted so well!If I can leave you with one thing. buy this paddle! You will not regret it!!
