Not great but fine for walking short distances
Can't figure out how to put it on my back. I used it on the front and baby fell asleep while out walking so she must have been comfortable but I had to hold her head when she was asleep as there was very little support and it hurt my shoulders within about 5 minutes of carrying her. After walking for 20 minutes it was very painful the straps don't offer enough support. If you just need to get baby a short distance such as to the shops or similar it would probably be okay. I will probably not use this again.
