As a regular migraine sufferer, this is great. Whilst it doesn’t get rid of the migraine, it does give some relief. I haven’t tried it heated yet, so can’t comment on that, but from the fridge or freezer, it’s really good. Covers the whole head, comfortable and easy to use. Mine now lives in the fridge, ready to use.

As a migraine sufferer this cap if a life saver. My mum tried it and she’s gone out and brought one as well. Very comfortable to wear and sits well.Stays cold for around 10-15 minutes but really does help with a migraine especially while waiting for pain killers to kick in

I love this so much that I bought a second one. I interchange them when needed, so one is always cold. They are extremely helpful for headaches and migraines, and have been a life saver in the recent heatwave. I also feel they mold nicely to the shape of the head.My only slightly quibbles are that 1) they warm up pretty quickly. And 2) the very top of the hat is just fabric, and therefore doesn't get cold, which is annoying for headaches on the very top of the head

Great product. Have had a gel cap for some time and when allowed to cool, it provides great relief from headache and migraine. Purchased for family member on this occasion who is already impressed with it.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Wasn’t sure about this but when I started the menopause and started suffering regular and bad headaches, tried everything and anything. Made a difference and the cold was soothing

I had high hopes for this Migraine Relief Cap, but unfortunately it didn’t quite work for me. It starts off uncomfortably cold, and then warms up too quickly to provide lasting relief. The fit and concept are good, but the cooling effect just doesn’t last long enough to be effective during a migraine. Might work better for short-term use, but not ideal if you’re looking for extended relief.
