I was very excited to get a nice water jug when i ordered it. I loved the color and the features. But 3 days after getting it, the plastic clip on the paracord broke. Then I'm discovering that it doesn't stay cold for 48 hours as advertised. I'll fill it with ice and water before I go to bed I'll wake up and the ice is completely melted. If this wasn't a replacement for my older water jug that leaked from a worn out seal I would return it. Total waste of my money. But now I'm stuck with it. Edit: Customer service did contact me. They wanted me to jump through their hoops. Take photos, do this and that with the ice. Then they told me that it's normal that you lose 1/3 of the ice in less than 24 hours. How is that normal?! Do you realize 1/3 is only 1.667 steps away from being half? It's ADVERTISED as keeping things cold for 48 hours. Losing almost half the ice in less than 24 hours is very deceptive advertising and not acceptable. To me, the ice is melting and keeping it cold, not the bottle. They also blamed that the vacuum could have been damaged during shipping. That's doubtful, it wasn't damaged when i received it. These examples are their way of pushing the blame on something or someone instead of their crappy product. It doesn't read in the communication where any manufacturing process is at fault. Good, reputable sellers admit to faults in production because mistakes happen at the factory too. I won't spend 24 hours troubleshooting a crappy water flask with a shady company. My time is more valuable than the $30 I spent on this item. If I send them photos, it proves nothing, as I could easily cheat them. If I was honest or dishonest about the bottle, it would't matter, they'd just send me another crappy bottle. Then I've wasted my time and I would become more frustrated.
