This remote was compatible with our TV. We didn't have to program it. I bought two a HIS and HERS.

Added batteries. Able to control my old Panasonic Viera TV without reprogramming. This remote is smaller than the initial remote that came with the TV.

Works as promised.

I ordered this remote hoping it would be compatible with my mom's Panasonic TV. It looks very similar with a few differences. However, since I would have to send the remote to her hundreds of miles away, I decided to return it after finding the exact Panasonic remote with model number I needed elsewhere online. I'm glad I did that because the exact remote worked, and it's very possible that this one would not have worked.

This remote control was purchased after our 83-year-old assisted living resident was given a 2007 Panasonic Viera plasma TV without a remote. The control being reviewed worked flawlessly right out of the box and restored full menu functionality.

It works very well. It looks like the original, too. Great deal.

It's smaller than the aftermarket replacement remote that I bought last year. That one stopped working all of a sudden. I didn't have have it a year. This one is a panasonic original remote. It's smaller In size but heavier In weight. I wasn't going to take chances with another cheap aftermarket remote. Works great.
