I love the quality of this product! I ordered one last year for my husband and it turned out absolutely amazing! He lost his brother last year so this made a great memorabilia, I also ordered 4 more yesterday and today we got an email from the person that does the necklaces and he caught an error on one the necklaces. For me this means that it’s not only good quality but this company recognized my order and made sure I had the right date on the necklaces. Thank you for taking care of my order and emailing me right away to make sure the date I had was right or wrong. In this case it was wrong and I was able to send him the correct dates. That means the world to me because we celebrate my husband’s little brother this month and I would had felt sooo bad if the wrong date was on these necklaces. I wish i could give 10 stars. My friend and i were looking for something for his boys that live out of state to show his love. Jerry was great to work with. He was very kind and prompt. My friend loved these for his boys. The boys put them on immediately. He did a lot of customization for us. They are silver not black by the way. Just looks black online to show the detail.

I love this product so far, haven't seen how it'll hold up long term. My 11 year old son wears his all the time in rememberence of his 16 year old brother that we lost to suicide 2 months ago. My son, Denali, always wore a dog tag with his name on it that his older brother sent him from Afghanistan, so that's why I had them made for his 3 brothers.
