You get what you pay for
Mine came with holes on the wrong side and it all fell apart when wet. Still it can be used for seed germinating. Wont be repurchasing.

Wonderful little cubes if you read before you buy
They are 1 inch by 1 inch. They are small by design. The seller is not trying to hide it, or cheat anyone. It feels wrong that so many people post bad reviews due to their own errors.That said, these are good quality little cubes. They are very functional, and worked absolutly perfect for what I needed. I have a big 3 gallon planted fish bowl I use for some cherry shrimp, scuds, and daphnia. I made a custom lid for it, and drilled 1 inch holes in to grow basil. That way the roots will grow down into the water column. These were perfect. Super easy to use, and a great value. So far, I am waiting on the seeds to sprout, so I can't speak to the germination rates. Maybe I will update. Thank you for selling this product.

Smaller than I wanted but I use 2 and works just grand

Grows all the seeds so quick
I like to grow flowers indoor during the winter hydroponically so I start the seeds in these (inside a plastic bag) & they sprout within 3 days. It’s so exciting check them everyday!

Absolute crap!
These things dissolve and make a disgusting mess. I’ll be going back to my preferred blocks.
