Good for elders & those with low immunity
I liked the clean design of the bottle: it's well made, good quality & clearly presents all the information.Regarding the supplements themselves, I'm taking these to boost my immunity & I've found them to be adequate. I usually get a cold/cough during May but after taking these for the past month, I've not been affected by any of that. One thing I found at the start was that I got a mild headache & unpleasant taste in my mouth for 1-2 days after which there were no side effects so no need to worry that it will recur & you can continue with these supplements.
