I love it it works great now I feel safe at work now no one will come at me like they use too lol try me now MFS I'm glad my boss told me I can have one because I work at night and need something to protect myself while working so we don't get robbed again now it's time to get some more lethal

unfortunately, it was stolen, so I never used it. it was only for protection if it was needed. Considering a replacement.

It quit working soon after we got it. I paid a lot more than what the price is now. That's what's upsetting

This is neat, though as a flashlight it is very poor, and weak and small with the bulb. This is pretty heavy, it was difficult to extend this as well but it does extend just fine. The taser at the end is very, cheap looking? This whole device kind of looks off model but it's fine, the safety and other buttons work fine so that's all that matters.

This is complicated to use the functionality is poor with the power button and charging power is very short

I don't understand why it's so complicated to get it going. First you press the button on the end of it. Then you press the lower of the two top buttons, multiple times until the red light comes on. Ridiculous. It switches between steady light, off, zapping, blinking light, and you can't tell what it is. In the heat of defending yourself, this thing would fail me

Never worked from the very beginning. Not worth a penny if it won't work.
