One of the worst things that I even purchased
One of the worst things that I even purchased. Totallty useless, the vibrations do not penetrate the foot and the batteries run out after every use. Please do not buy. I have tried to contact Heelease and they refuse to answer facebook, their own site or any other, please let me be the last person to waste money - not you.

does not work. I bought it and can't return i
Usually people obtain relief within the first week and we are happy to refund any order received within the first two. Many people use the device for two to three weeks and then never again need it so a longer refund period would mean they could have a course of treatment and then send it back, effectively being successfully treated for free.I'm sorry that you feel it didn't work for you. There is no doubt that everyone receives a varying level of pain relief. This is in line with all pain relief, from medical devices such as TENS to medicinal pain relief such as brufen. We cannot guarantee you obtain pain relief just as no other medicine or device can. Please note, we are a licenced medical device manufacturer and audited by the MHRA. This includes monitoring our customer feedback.Kind regards,Oliver HutcheonDirectorMedical Technology Ltd

Rubbish!
I had such high hope for this "shock wave" device. Sadly it doesnt work and doesnt really involve shock waves. What you get is a contraption you strap to your foot which vibrates...and in my case...speeds up and down on its own. Yes...its a foot vibrator. Not a very good one either. I have used it daily for neary 2 months and my plantar fasciitis is as bad as ever. My advice is to keep your money in your wallet...a total waste of ££'s

Very over-rated over-priced product.
I wnat to warn my Amazon fellow customers. Save your money this product is also sold as kneease and tenease (tennis elbow). They are all identical apart from the label. They are a cheap mini vibrator (just like a sex toy) with a pointless piece of plastic bolted on, oh yes and they give you an elastic strap. They make lots of claims but there is no special technology involved. Yes vibration can relieve symptoms and potentially improve blood-flow and hence healing. This is not the most cost effective way to do it. Other vibrators for less than £10 will do the job just as well. The claims may not be false but much much cheaper options that are better made are available. I bought my item direct from Medical Technology Ltd. (the manufacturers) and it is on its way back. Lots of hype little substance.

No help available if your device breaks...
Used only a few times, then stored without battery as advised. Got out to use again and it does not work. Advised it is out of warranty ‘so it’s just like a Hoover that breaks.’ No offer to help or repair. £30+ paid makes it £5 a use then only fit for throwing away. Deeply disappointed and not helped at all by the company.

Cheap plastic toy
Just a cheap plastic gimmick. Endorsed by doctors who run the company ha ha. It doesn’t offer any relief and is a waste of money. When a company only allows you to offer feedback via emails you know you are on a loser. I’ve used it for six weeks and am still hobbling around. Save your money and roll your foot on a tennis ball for 30p that actually works btw.
