I’m struggling to rebalance my hormones after egg retrieval surgery in January & began taking this. I had my estrogen tested by Ulta Labs (only costs about $30 and you don’t need a doc to request it) the day before I started taking these. Estradiol (estrogen) was 62 (the normal range for mid cycle is 64-357). On the exact same day of my cycle one month later I had it retested and it was 75. The supplement does appear to be raising my estrogen, but not tremendously. It did take me from below the healthy range to within it though.

This seemed to work great at first and just ordered two more bottles. I felt good, less aches and pains and slept great, but then I noticed I felt nauseous about an hour after taking it and got light headed and dizzy. Started to watch my blood pressure and it would go quite low. I ate snacks to counteract these side affects and started to gain weight. Tried to cut them in half and only take half, but still had the same issues.

I started having hot flashes and night sweats and the night sweats turned into day sweats. I couldn’t sleep at night. I was embarrassed to be around people because of the sweating. My life was uncomfortable. After a few days I felt some relief . A week in I felt so feeling better. The second week I was down to no hot flashes during the day. Into my 3rd week the night sweats are down to one or two a night but they are light. I can actually sleep again. I read the instructions to add Progesterone cream. The combination has made such a big difference in my life. This product does not claim to be estrogen it is a supplement to help elevated estrogen. Follow the instructions to the letter and I believe you will have the same results of relief as I have.

With a product coming from a company called Life Extension- I never thought I needed to look at the ingredients to see if there were things in it that your body is incapable of processing. Maltodextrin is awful (look it up). So I buy something thinking I am doing good for myself only to find I am putting something terrible in my body. Do better than this. I threw away the entire container as I was waiting to see my doctor before taking it.
