Q: I broke the USB charging cord. Any chance I could get a replacement? My husband loves thsi mixer!!!

look on amazon they are available anyplace usb-A on one end and usb-c on other end or just use one of your phone chargers if it has a usb-c to plug into mixer

Q: how do you release the attachments (the mixing sticks)?

The mixer attachment pulls straight out. Grasp the mixer attachment at its base and gently pull back, pushing with your thumb a little bit where it is attached, gently pull straight out

Q: Do you need to keep the button pressed to operate?

There are 3 speeds. No need to hold the button. It uses wifi and you have to charge it. I found the lowest speed too high.
