Grounding Mat for Feet (13x29in) – Earth Connected Wellness for Pain Relief, Muscle Tension & Relaxation – Travel Size Grounding Pad with Outlet Tester by Earth and Moon

I purchased 4 Grounding Mats, 2 - 1x2.5’, and 2 - 2x3’. I received the smaller size first, and immediately set it up on the bed. Within 20 minutes of just relaxing, reading before bed, my right hip which had been throbbing and in spasms for several hours, suddenly I felt it relax. I tensed it to see if I could still relax it or if it would start spasms back up. No! my hip which had been throbbing suddenly stopped along with the diminishment of the spasms. I sleep wonderfully. For several weeks I would wake up around the same early early time unable to sleep until at least 7AM. Receiving less than 5 hours of sleep each night. I have literally slept a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night since the first night I have used these Grounding Mats, which is every night since I received. The 2nd night I used the larger Grounding Mat from then on to tonight 4/10/2024, W. The one thing I wish that these mats included were straps to completely stabilize in place on mattress. I keep my Grounding Mat for sleep just below the lower half of my mattress. My hips down to my feet are on the GM (Grounding Mat). When I reposition I do not lift myself up off the mat to turn, thus scrunching the GM at times, making it a bit uncomfortable for me. I do need to share I am extremely over sensitive to sounds, and touch. Though these GM do not make any real sounds, when it scrunches a bit I do feel that. Which for me is uncomfortable. I do not stick to the GM. As I am writing this, I am awake, being awake my body is tense, placing more pressure on the GM than when I am asleep. Making my feet stick a bit. Otherwise while asleep I do not stick. My feet DO feel a bit more warm using the GM while sleeping. I prefer cool feet while sleeping. It is easier to locate a cooler portion of sheet, not so with the use of the larger of the 2 mats I purchased. I am sold on this Grounding concept. I so enjoy finding natural ways to help try and keep myself healthy and thriving without more meds. In my experience and opinion Earth and Moon Grounding Mats are fabulous and I highly recommend them.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to take a chance on this Grounding Mat. Honestly, I was expecting I would return it, but man was I wrong. A friend of mine has been telling me about the principals of Grounding and how much it helped improve his life. And after months of him trying to convince me to give it a try I decided to give it a go. So I did a little bit of my own research and decided to pick this one up. When it arrived I surprised at how easy it was to setup. No complicated instructions or anything. Just simply plug it into a plug that is grounded and place your feet or a part of your body that is uncovered on it. The quality of the mat is nice and feels good on my feet. Folds easily and isn't too big which I like. I wasn't expecting much just because I was still unsure about Grounding, but within moments, as soon as I stepped on it I could "feel" a slight tingering in my feet. Maybe it was just all in my head, but it was the littlest of sensentions. It felt nice. I placed it on the floor while I sat on the couch and sure enough, after about 25 minutes I just felt very relaxed. My muscles felt relaxed, I felt relaxed and a nasty headache I had seemed to vanish. Now I don't feel comfortable saying it was the Mat because it could have just went away on it's own, but sure enough, my body felt great, my headache was gone and my anxiety which I've had for years seemed to just fade away. And sure enough, when I would get off the mat I still felt great, but not as great. But the moment I went back to it I felt that same feeling of wellbeing come over me again. Now I know from my own research it can take time to really build up the "energy" so I just continued using it over the next few weeks and I got to say, I'm becoming a believer in Grounding. I've never felt so relaxed. I'm sleeping better, my thoughts aren't running all over the place. My muscles feel relaxed and my stress level has easily gone from an 8 to 5 which is a huge reduction for me. During this time the Mat has stayed clean and when I'm done with it I just roll it up. Very easy to use and simple. The nice thing about doing Grounding with this mat is it doesn't require me to change my routine or go out of my way to try something. I just incorporate it with things I'm normally doing such as watching TV, using the computer and more. I haven't had an issue with this grounding mat and enjoying it. I'm going to continue with Grounding and see where this leads, but glad my friend recommended it and mat to me.

I really like the packaging that this grounding mat has come in. I feel like the circular packaging is much better than just a plain box. It fits everything in it perfectly and I think it’s neat how all of the items that came with it are all secure and packed in one simple cone/packaging with little room for all of the items inside of the packaging to fall out everywhere and potentially get lost or broken. i really like the material of this grounding mat. I like how it is lightweight making it easy to carry anywhere. I like how even though it is light weight the quality is still very well made and it is not something that would tear easily. I like how soft it is to stand and sit on. It instantly made me feel comfortable. The only thing I don’t like about the ground mat is how easily it attracts dirt. I feel like it will take some effort to keep clean. The set-up instructions for this grounding mat were definitely easy to follow. It took me less than five minutes to set up. What makes this product unique and interesting is how quickly it works . I instantly felt lighter after stepping onto the mat. It also made me feel secure and cleared my mind instantly, giving me a peace of mind. I could energetically feel all of my worries fading away and it even helped the headache that I had at the time. I felt so wide awake and alert after using it. I really feel like it is going to help me a lot with my anxiety and insomnia. I would highly recommend this product .

After conducting measurements, it's evident that the grounding mat, cable, and wall plug collectively exhibit around 2500 ohms of resistance, rendering the grounding effect negligible. It's important to note that attempting to ground oneself through a standard receptacle at home is ineffective due to the connection between the receptacle ground and the neutral bar at the electrical panel box, which ultimately links to the power station generator. Thus, in reality, the connection to the neutral on the power generator is impeded by the resistance present in these so-called 'placebo mats.' My understanding of grounding aligns with the principles elucidated in 'Earthing' by Clinton Ober et al, where true grounding is achieved through copper wiring connected to an outdoor grounding rod with authentic wire mesh mats. This stands in stark contrast to the commercially available mats that simply plug into outlets. Therefore, any perceived benefits from these mats likely stem from a placebo effect rather than genuine grounding. Alternatively, if you're seeking authentic grounding within your home environment, a more effective approach would involve connecting to copper plumbing piping or utilizing a grounding rod installed in your yard. The lava stone bracelet included is borderline black magic that could lead to demonic oppression. It may provide temporary relief, but in the end, you will suffer more with those demons and end up on anti-psychotic drugs and may need an exorcist. Luckily Amazon has a very nice return policy, so everything was returned.

The Earth and Moon Grounding Mat arrived well-packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube. The font and color scheme look very luxurious. Upon removing the mat from the tube, I could already feel the softness. The instructions were included in the tube but fell out of the box when I was removing the mat. A lava stone bracelet was included as a free gift and that is such a special touch! The mat feel of very high quality and was super easy to set up (please see attached video and photos). The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I appreciate the grounding tester so that I know the product will indeed function properly. The setup was basically "plug and play" and I had no issues. The cord seems a bit short but as I have used it in different areas in my house, it seems to stretch just fine without any tangles. The Grounding Mat was extremely easy to use - just stand, sit or lie on it! I could really feel the energy, especially in my feet when standing on it. I did not initially feel more relaxed but decided to try the mat overnight as well. I placed the mat over my fitted sheet about halfway down the bed so that my bare legs and feet touched it overnight. I expected the vinyl to stick to the skin, but that was not the case and there was minimal discomfort overnight. I usually sleep really well but I could definitely feel much calmer overnight using the mat. I am looking forward to continued use of this mat!

I wanted to write this review because others may be in the same situation that I am in without a lot of experience with grounding mats. I did a lot of research before deciding on this company. The mat was well packaged and was a little thinner than I expected, but still nice quality. The size I chose was supposed to be fine for sitting or placing your feet or hands on it. It is very small, so while it is usable, it is not the most comfortable while attempting to relax. I did check the sizes and measured before ordering. Based on the pictures in the listing, the 13 x 29 looked like it would be the perfect size for me. While it works, it is just not the experience I was expecting because I am trying to balance myself on this small area. I would definitely still get one, but suggest the larger size :) For reference I am 5'1" and 117 lbs.

everyday in the afternoon i was getting so tired i would almost have to take a nap. since i've been using the grounding mat i'm not tired in the afternoon!!!! i'm using it every nite for about 2hrs and am extremely relaxed. i've had it for only a week or two. who knows if there will be other benefits. i recommend it highly. oh, it was extremely easy to set up and the price was right. don't think i would like to be without it!!!
