Excellent for travel. The blanket completely separates from the pouch, but was very easy to tuck back in when needed. Light but soft, and did wash up well. Medium thickness kept me comfortable on the plane and in a/c at hotel. My only complaint was the carabiner broke as I was attempting to attach for the first time. Luckily, I had a studier carabiner on hand, so it wasn't an issue but make sure you plan for this if you are planning to use that function. The pouch fit well on my suitcase so I could remain hands free. Loved that there was storage pocket as well. Would recommend even with the carabiner issue.

I like it! Very big and soft. I received the one without the stripes but it was still the same color so it was okay. Bring an extra carabiner though, that did break for me.
