For $5, decent. Easy to adjust length without tools. I left the extra length inside the grip; no need to even cut. Wish the rope was a little heavier...I jump outside and when it's windy, the rope is too much affected by environment. Durability is to be determined, but due to the light weight, I have my concerns about it lasting very long. I would recommend buying this if you are not sure if you will enjoy or stick to jumping rope as a workout; or if you travel often and need a workout option.

It took a long time to receive this & I found other ones before this one even came in. But since it’s here it’s not bad. There are more cost effective and lighter ones, keep looking.

The color I wanted wasn't available for another week so I went with pink. Seems like a legit beginners rope. It was hard to pull the end off to cut the rope to my size (I had to use my teeth, bad I know). Also, the instructions didn't say how long the rope should be, so I think I cut it too small. :(Would recommend, just dont cut too much of the rope at first.

I've used it a couple time now. The rope part could have a little more weight in it. Adjusting the length is very easy.

I really like this jump rope. It maintains nicely in my gym bag and doesn't get all kinked up - I just shake it out and I'm ready to go. It's easy to change the length with knots and it's a very stretchy kind of cord so you can put knots in it without them getting bulky. It's a great speed rope without being so thin that it's like one of the cable ones. It's very lightweight and good for learning tricks.

Updated - i wasn't satisfied with the fitness jump rope and ended up with Tagvo Lightweight Crossfit Jump Rope Comfortable Foam Handle. it's awesome. has wire inside so it won't get tangled. Seller - Ziyue was great. really responsive and sent the new rope without any issues.

So happy I got this. I was a bit concerned because I am 5'2 and most jump ropes are way to long for me. Adjusting this one was really easy, and I am happy with the over-all product.
