Absolutely inadequate
The media could not be loaded. Item was described as new but mine came with the shrink wrap completely torn at the front meaning you can pull out any book you want, read it and return it back into the case. Case is banged up also. Some sort of white powdery residue on the spines. Doesn’t look new at all. And it took like 3 weeks to dispatch even though it was advertised as in stock. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I don’t know where to find a substitute.
