One pan wonder
Love this pan. It is on the bigger side but I have a larger professional stove so it works. If your stove is smaller you can use to burners. Or I move the pan around so it cooks the faster cooking items last. Perfect way to create breakfast on a Saturday for me the vegetarian and my husband the carnivore.

Easy clean up!
It is larger than I expected but I should have looked more at the detail. This makes it a little harder to store. I do love the copper which makes it really easy for clean up! My kids think it’s fun to have multiple things going all at once!

Doesn't work with induction burners
I bought it for use with an induction burner and it didn't work. I was pretty disappointed as it said it was compatible. I have many pots and pans from different brands that all work perfectly with my burner so there's definitely a lack of the correct metals to make it compatible with induction burners.

Not as versatile as I'd hoped.
It doesn't transfer the heat very well to the outer sections. Using it on my biggest stove top burner, I could use the center section and if I offset it, I could use one side section.
