Great product
I am replacing the one I have had for 3 years. It works great, well made, easy to put up and does the job. I was impressed that it lasted for three years, as I leave it up all year round. Living in NJ, we have some wicked winter weather and it held up very well. I like the tie backs, that really works well when taking things in and out to the deck, that's a great feature. After 3+ years and a dog running in and out all day it finally needs to be replaced. I recommend it highly

Nice quality, looks good.
Looks nice, easy to install, magnets hold the door closed easily. I don't have pets but it would work well as a doggie door.

First one lasted 5 years. Replaced with this same one.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought my first one of these in 2020. I live in an apartment and the patio door doesn't have a screen on it and this was the perfect fix so I could open the door on cool mornings/days and get some fresh air circulating. Our washer/dryer are also out on the patio in what used to be the water heater closet so I would go through this screen very regularly. After 5 years of of this consistent use, the magnets that keep the middle together and closed ended up coming free from their positions and falling down towards the bottom. Again, that's after 5 years of regular use. I just had to get a new one and replaced it with this since the first one was great. All I had to do was remove the old screen that was just help up via Velcro and a few of the push pins that come with the kit. I had the new one on and new push pins in for extra secure adhesion in like 5 mins. Strongly recommend getting this!! Durability: Lasted 5 years of regular use. Ease of use: I mean it's held closed by magnets so yea, very easy to use. My dog uses it by himself. Functionality: Keeps the bugs out while I let the cool air in. Seal: There's not a way to seal it to the bottom of the door jam, so it hangs loose at that spot, but the other 3 sides are very well sealed with Velcro that goes all the way down/across the left and right side as well as the top. Door functionality: So functional and easy to use, my dog knows how to go in and out of it to lay on his bed in the sun. Screen quality: It's made out of a good strong material. I have no concerns about it lasting another 5 years.

Great But Could Be Better
This screen is great and serving its purpose for a decent price, but there are a few caveats. Install / Seal: The screen is durable and easy to install. I cleaned my door frame down with some all purpose cleaner followed by rubbing alcohol to make sure the Velcro strips would adhere properly. I first attached the Velcro strips to the screen then slowly began adhering it to the frame. I did have to readjust it once, but it still stuck perfectly fine. I wouldn’t count on the Velcro alone though to hold the screen up. The adhesive while good, doesn’t seem like it would make it past a month without peeling, so I also used to the pins/nails it came with and spread those evenly throughout the whole thing, and that definitely made it secure. Personally I would not use one or the other, I’d recommend both. Red dots in my review picture show where I placed my nails Bug Proof: It’s definitely keeping bugs out. I’ve noticed at night when I’m outside I can see little itty bitty bugs hanging on to the screen. I also have a lot of mosquitos and have had issues in the past with them sneaking in and haven’t noticed any since putting the screen up. I feel confident I can leave my door open to let the breeze in without worrying the magnets would separate or that bugs would get in. That being said, the bottom of the screen just hangs loose, and for me that wasn’t good enough. I wanted to make sure that when not in use, the screen had no gaps to let anything in and this included the bottom. I did end up modifying my screen by using outdoor adhesive to attach .5in magnetic strips along the bottom of both the screen and my door frame so that like the center of the screen, it snaps shut when not walking through it. This modification has worked out and was pretty cheap to do and recommend it to anyone looking to further secure their screen. Ease of Use: I have double French doors, with the non-handle door being able to lock place. I primarily use one door, very rarely do I use both. I ordered the 71in size since it fit completely across my entire door frame and covered both doors. The option has a center opening, which technically is okay, except in my case since I usually use just one half of my doors, going in and out is a little awkward. The screen only opens up from the center, and with it secured at the top, there’s no give for it to fill open up across the door. It makes for almost a tight entrance where you feel like you’re squeezing in. With the way my doors are installed, ordering just the single door size would not have worked, so the full 71in size was my only option. It would have been great if there was different configurations for that size - possibly one where it opens both in the center and on the side for cases like mine where I have two ways of using my doors. I marked yellow lines on my review photo to visualize this. Overall: 4/5 stars. The screen functions as it should and is great for the price. The thickness and quality of the screen itself seems durable, and it’s keeping the bugs out. I’m knocking off a star for: - The seal (again would suggest using both Velcro and nails, other wise it doesn’t seem super secure) - The lack of closure along the bottom. This was a personal preference, to ensure bugs had zero access to get in - The opening. With the 71in size, there should be different opening configurations so you don’t always have to have both doors open to comfortably get in and out.

Durable, a cut above the rest
We've purchased a different brand of these screens several times and had to replace them frequently. My son recommended this one and it is FABUlOUS!!! Compared to previously purchased products, this one was easy to install, heavy enough to hang down straight, snaps right back on the magnets, tie backs are a life saver. We have three good sized dogs who run in and out through the screen when the door is open. The durability is also great. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Awesome energy saver! Perfect!
Ok. This was a situation where our back exterior door is not insulated and has a full length window grid. The door was having so much condensation on the panes it was dripping onto the floor. We decided to give this curtain a try before replacing the door. The value for the money is excellent. The curtain is the best thing I have purchased all year. It’s perfect for going in and out without having to worry about bugs getting inside. Also the magnetic close in the middle allows you to exit and enter without using you hands. You can just walk through with ease and it closes back by itself. It’s very sturdy and as clear as a bell to see outside. I go in and out a lot to feed my animals and my husband to grill. The installation was very easy and the fit was perfect! I can’t say enough good things about this. The main takeaway is my door no longer pours water from condensation and the curtain has insulated our back door with the thickness needed to save energy to boot. I am VERY pleased!

This is so good. I have a Jack Russell Terrier who is continually in and out of the back door but every time the screen clicks back on the magnetic sides.

Before I bought this one, I had picked up a door screen some time ago because I had seen it at a friends cottage and like the one at their cottage... it fell apart, ripped and was generally useless at keeping bugs out effectively after a couple weeks/months of usage. This one... fits perfectly and works perfectly... The 2 sided tape sticks well and has survived the winter with no problems. Previous screen we had to tack and glue all around the screen to have it not come off the doorframe and even then, it ripped easily. The magnets are sewn into this screen (our previous one they clipped on, weren't as strong and then broke. They also were too far apart.) If you install it well, it snaps together after you walk through perfectly! The screen is heavier and weighted at the bottom and perfectly seals the door when not in use. It still looks brand new after a full year of usage. After the first one we bought fell apart, I almost didn't buy another and was thinking of getting a roll away screen, but they are expensive and this style is great for when your hands are full. I am glad I picked this one up. It is working very well and does exactly what it should. A couple small nitpicks and comments. If you leave this on through the winter, it is best to pull it back so it is permanently out of the way. Moving through the screen when it is frozen in snow at the bottom will likely cause rips and tears to happen. So I tried using the provided snap on ties to do that and they immediately ripped and weren't strong enough to hold the screen back. I ended up tieing the screen back with strings on both sides over the winter. Another note to those that are thinking of buying it. If you have a metal door or door frame... the magnets will quite often stick to the door, so it won't close completely after you walk through as the bottom magnet will attach to the door or frame. This is not a design flaw of the screen... simply an annoyance if you happen to have a door frame or door that will attract the magnets as you move through it.

Really happy with this magnetic fly screen door! It was easy to install and fits my door frame perfectly (87x207cm). The magnets seal quickly and securely every time, so no bugs are getting through — even the tiny ones. The mesh is durable and feels like it will last, even with daily use. I love the hands-free design — great for when I'm carrying things — and my cat can go in and out without any issues. The “keep open” feature is a clever touch when you want the door to stay open temporarily. Overall, a great solution for summer — keeps the fresh air in and the insects out. Highly recommended!

Good Fitting

I am very satisfied with this product, at beginning I just didn’t set too high expectations, I thought: okay, let’s try. But now, I love it. It fits perfectly to my door without damaging the original woods. Unbelievable is the magnetic power which closed immediately and perfectly when my son went out or in. It’s no chance for the flies or bugs to come in. I strongly recommend this product. But make sure it fits your door.
