I recently bought this ladder lock flipper replacement kit to fix the worn out parts on my extension ladder and I'm pretty happy with it. The flippers and hardware fit well on my extension ladder and were exactly what I needed to restore the ladder back to smooth movement. The installation process was straightforward but the instructions were a bit unclear and hard to follow. I found a video online instead that helped explain how to set it up much better. The kit itself features all of the pieces necessary included to make the repairs, no additional purchase was needed which I do appreciate. It feels solid, functional and safe whenever I've used it outside and they get the job done. For basic maintenance and home usage, it's a reliable kit. All in all, this kit did what I expected and got my ladder working like new again, just be prepared to take a little extra time during install to ensure everything is done securely.
