Guwheat Porcelain Incense Holder Burner (Stick/Cone/Coil Incense) Ceramic Ash Catcher Tray Bowl with Brass Calabash Incense Stick Holder (Red Fambe)

The incense burner arrived quickly, cocooned in styrofoam, then securely taped. It took several minutes to cut the tape to get the item out. Certainly well taped! The bottom part of the unit is the bowl which holds the incense cone/coil & top part is a decorative lid. Included is a brass 'Calabash', an incense stick/coil holder and a heat protect mat, (made of soft black material on one side and silver foil on the other). I'm apprehensive about the effectiveness of this mat, so cut off a small piece, over a flame & it burns. So I will not be using it.Cones comes with a small metal plate to sit on, but if it doesn't use a coin instead. The Incense Burner is very pretty, I like it very much. Hope This Helps :-)

I liked the look of the product but for me it was an utter waste of money. I bought a bumper pack of incence sticks to go with it without realising that this product is unsuitable. As with anything that you burn, I always planned to use whilst I am able to keep an eye on it. Unfortunately you can't settle - when it burns it drops the ash outside of the holder so is a significant fire hazard. Should be OK for other types of incence but not worth the risk for use with the sticks.

Looks nice and does as intended to release the aroma of incense cones. However, the top seems to leak the paint or oil coating when in use. So not completely sure about that but the product does as described and looks very beautiful.

No central hole to hold the stick vertically, tried it with the lid off sticking up vertically, it didn't catch the ash. Tried it at an angle using one of the lid holes, lid just floats and doesn't actually hold the stick in place. Looks pretty, probably great for cones and coils but useless for sticks.

Pretty but I bought this to burn incense cones safely. The trouble is if you put the lid on in puts out the cone! So, not really what I needed. Shame.If used for sticks I’m sure the ash would drop everywhere. Style over substance.

Missing the incense stick holder, no option in being able to ask for the missing piece to be delivered.

Does the job but was a bit disappointed with the pattern as it wasn't as the picture

This was much bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It looks and feels high quality.
