Fantastic easy to put together shelving
Purchased two of the shelving to tidy up the shed and so pleased that I did. They fit perfectly and are amazing value for the money and sturdy once put together. Took approx 20 mins to put each one together which was so easy to do. Delivery time was very good also. I would highly recommend this shelving for shed/garage.

Hard to beat at this price
When I first received the order it was missing the interlocking plates to join the two uprights, but I just had to send the seller a message and the missing parts were sent out first class. So while it's annoying that it wasn't right first time, they get points for fixing the problem without any fuss. The version I received was painted black and includes central support bars for the shelves, whereas the replacement interlocking brackets were painted blue and were clearly designed for a slightly different slot spacing, though I was able to make them work. So there might be two different versions of this product. The shelves are 5mm bare MDF, which seems typical for this price range. The ones I've seen with thicker shelves are chipboard, which is obviously weaker. You might want to give them a coat of paint if used in a place that'll get damp. The steel is <1mm, but it's sturdy enough. The boltless design is really only designed to be stable under load, as the tongues for the shelves will easily come out of the slots if you push up on them. This does at least make it easy to adjust the shelves without too much work, and they're perfectly steady once something in on the shelves and pushing down on them, but it does mean you have to be careful when moving them into position.All-in-all, it's not massively fancy, but does the job at a good price. It looks like you'd have to spend considerably more to find a unit that's really better than this.

Ok but not heavy duty
Item ok easy to put up. The problem I had was shelf's not heavy duty and one shelf had a little damage. Other than that I'll put slightly damaged shelf at bottom.

Excellent Value.
I've bought three different types of racking in the past, but they all seem to be of a very similar design and quality. Each rack comes in a nice small box, that's surprisingly heavy for its size. The uprights come in two pieces, so you need to fix them together first (unless you're making two half-height racks). They don't seem very sturdy at this point, and it's where you get the knack of using the joins. I tape them up afterwards, so they can't fall apart when you're lifting up the rack. The horizontal supports all go together well, but you'll need a rubber mallet or something to get them in from time to time. Fine adjustment of the tags saves time and heartache.Once fully assembled there's obviously a bit of lateral wobble, but they stand firm, especially when loaded. I bolted mine all together, and then to the wall in my workshop for extra security. The paint will scrape off where bits join, so be prepared to have slightly messy racks or get the shelves right first time. The fibreboard may be quite thin, but is well supported and really does take a lot of weight.

Poor quality steel pressings make these a pain to assemble
Frankly these are pretty poor. Firstly they are pretty small. Secondly be prepared to take an hour to put together as the tolerances on the pressed holes for the rails are really poor. This results in you having to open each of them with a screwdriver to get the rail clips to fit. Once done not particularly strong. Would not recommend

no nuts and bolts
at first I found it awkward to figure out the shelf positions on each side of the side rails..so had to dismantle it a few times. before I got it right but once it was up. I found it very good. and I am now very pleased with it. so for the price I found it good value.. and the shelves are sturdy..
