*** Update #2 - the manufacturer continued working with me and made sure I was completely satisfied. They took my opinions and experience with their product seriously and didn't stop until I was happy. I now have an M2 that works better with my old eyes. I am completely thrilled with Kospet Customer Service. (I modified the wording of my original message, based on the great customer service from Jansher.) *** Update #1 - the manufacturer responded to me offering options to resolve the situation. They can't make the font larger, but offered a refund or exchange for an M2. Great job, Customer Service Team. I really do like many features of the watch, but I didn't realize I couldn't adjust the font size. I'm getting older and just can't read incoming messages unless I am completely holding still for a moment or two. I am returning this watch because of the small font size of incoming emails and text messages. I love the crispness of the screen, overall dimensions of the watch, and battery life, though.

Great watches, but after about 1 year the batteries start dying FAST.

Not 100% accurate but after review with my physician was able to figure out the slight difference. Overall was worth the purchase for me

I loved it, super practical and easy to use day and night. And the battery life is a very good thing.

UPDATE: Garbage. Will NOT stay connected to the app. Have to constantly uninstall the app after removing the watch from the app. On the plus side, it's like getting a new watch every day or so... you get to set it up again like when you first got it. I wouldn't buy this watch again. It keeps time and it gives you some general (barely) other information. Sleep tracking is pretty good. Blood O² is surprisingly accurate. Blood pressure readings aren't based on ANYTHING and are wildly inaccurate. As far as a pedometer function goes... it indicates that you've been moving a lot, a little, and something in between but isn't very accurate at all. It absolutely WILL NOT keep track of your local weather; my phone knows where I am so the app should know and therefore the watch should as well. It seems to do a fair job of keeping track of whether or not I have texts and emails that haven't been read. The design is good and the battery life is outstanding if it's not on all the time and you press the button to activate it. The band size is good, my wrist is 9 inches (23 cm) and I've got room to spare. I think it would top out at about 10 inches.

The watch band broke, I contacted customer service and they up graded to the next new watch instead of a new band. Celine at Kospet was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely recommend to every one!!!

Nice design, a quality manufactured product, and excellent customer service. My only concern with the product is it is smaller than I’m used to and I had a hard time reading the dial. I don’t think this would be an issue with most younger buyers though.

Overall I do like it. Best thing of all is it looks good. Sleek design but also rugged. And it's comfortable. Sits really well on the wrist and doesn't feel heavy or anything. Perhaps for the first half hour of wearing it then you forget it's there. Next thing I wanted was good battery life and it hasn't disappointed in the slightest. I'm on day 3 and it's @ 70+%. And that's with everything on except the AOD (always on display). So that's a definite plus. Honestly only drawbacks currently is software and the lack of refinement as well as ability. And not even for the lack of ability but more the lack of what could be with some simple tweaks. Like connectivity. Most of the time it's connected to the app, sometimes it doesn't. Most of the time it won't do the find my phone thing correctly. I don't trust the sleep counter thing. Stuff like that. Also changing the font size of the screen text so you can actually read it. Also a pain. I just feel like they could have done so much better and made it such a better product with some minor tweaks and refinement. Overall a good product but I wouldn't buy another one for family membera or anything like that.
