Disclaimer: This review is of a product provided to me for free, however this review will contain my complete honest opinion and personal experiences.--I grew up on these candies and snacks and immediately had to jump at this box. There is a good amount in here and a lot of variety. I love the pickle and the Coke is always a favorite drink. The only issue I had with the box is that a few of the candies were opened, but this more than likely happened during shipping where the items are shaken and since temperatures aren't always controlled. No big deal because there are multiple for the smaller items!I'll definitely be grabbing this again!

When it comes to trying to try food from different areas it can be hard to both have access to the treats and knowing what to try. I specifically got this snack box because I was intrigued by the selection of Mexican snacks and candy and figured this would be a good opportunity to try.The contents of the box include numerous Mexican candies that you won't find in your typical grocery store, not even in the ethnic food section. These are authentic quality snacks and each one has a unique flavoring that is admittedly a little spicy. I liked that I could try so many different varieties of candy that I was used to: gummy bears, candy rope, gum and etc. while trying them in new styles and flavors that made them special.If you're someone who doesn't like spicy things or have any taste for complicated flavors this probably won't be to your taste and should be something you'd probably avoid. But if you do have a bit of an adventurous spirit then you get to enjoy authentic Mexican coke, an incredibly large spicy pickle, and a box of all kinds of other treats.One thing I really appreciated was that this box contained multiples of each sweet so you had one to 'taste' and one to really enjoy. Highly recommend.

I generally really like sweet, sour, and hot flavors and thought I'd give this product a try with the family for a bit of fun. Overall it is a great selection of Mexican treats, but we were hoping for more of the sweet, sour, and spicy flavors on an individual basis instead of them mixed within the same flavor profiles. We wish there were more sweets to balance all of the heat!

I loved this box of Mexican candy and treats! It reminded me of my childhood, we used to eat these candies a lot, even though I'm not Mexican. I really love the taste of tamarind though, and this box definitely gave me a nice taste of nostalgia. Unfortunately, I have a gluten intolerance now, and a few of these candies I cannot eat because of it. But I will say its exactly as described, it is definitely a box filled with candy treats and even a Coca-Cola and pickle. I love that the coke was bubble wrapped, adding an extra layer of safety.

I loved being able to sample treats that I've never seen before! I enjoyed most of them, and the ones I didn't like I was glad to have tried. My only complaint is that one of the candies in the box had a broken seal. It didn't appear to be tampered with; it was probably a normal manufacturing error.

I'm always down to try foods and candies from different countries. It's so interesting to see the difference from what we enjoy to what people from other places find enjoyable.This mix did not disappoint. I was really surprised that they use a lot of chili pepper in their candy and even more surprised that I liked it! I had never had tamarind before and I really love mango which was good for me as a lot of the candy were either or a combination of both.The pickle made us all laugh! The kids were shouting that's not candy! Well it isn't for us but apparently it is in Mexico! We had a blast tasting it and realizing it was sweet and sour chamoy flavor. Too funny, you need to watch it will dye your hands and mouth.The Mexican soda was a treat. We had tasted the different sodas at Disney and knew Coke was different in other countries but to have it side by side, was a treat. The Mexican soda was somewhat better than ours in the US.All in all, this is a really good mix of Mexican candies. I am so glad my family and I got to try these. It's always good to learn about other countries and what is unique to them.

There's really more to Mexican sweets than Tamarind Chili flavoured treats.Growing up, my neighbour used to send me home with fun sweets whenever I would play with her kiddos.There were caramel and chocolate sweets, Mazapan, and these Marshmallow confections I cannot remember the name of as well as the spicy sour sweet Tamarind and Chili treats.There were a few Duvalin, which I can no longer enjoy due to allergies, but they sadly arrived smashed and popped open, so kiddo couldn't try them.Two ChupaChupa lollies, some Canels gum(and I wish I could get a bucketful of the Violet gum, because it's a favourite), a sour lime candy salt for fruit, and a classic Cane sugar Coca-Cola(what it always used to be made of when I was a kid), and a giant Chamoy pickle, which I had to chill before sampling.The box was primarily variations of Chamoy squeezy treats, and Tamarind and Chili coated or blended sweets like Pulparindos.The Tamarind Chili Mango spoons were fun swirled into tea and hot chocolate.My kiddo has been having fun exploring these unique treats with me, as friends of his and mine would talk of them fondly, so this is still a fun box.If you like spicy, sour, and sweet treats, this box is for you.I have been given this product and tested it for review. Don't get me wrong I'm Latina and most of the candies weren't appetizing. My 12 year old daughter wanted to try the pickle and that's why we ordered it initially. Wouldn't get this again.
