I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hair purchase from Amazon. The hair I received was completely different from the description provided. The length was not as advertised, and the lace of the wig was of poor quality. It was evident that the product had not undergone any quality control checks. Additionally, the refund process was difficult due to the origin of the hair. To make matters worse, the delivery took an excessively long time. I strongly advise against purchasing hair from this seller again. Plus what’s worst the hair was synthetic

The media could not be loaded.  Omggggg! This wig has to be the BEST wig I have ever had. When I say it’s soooo BEAUTIFUL! I mean, it’s soft! It’s true to length & no smell. Dry & Wet it’s soooo pretty! There was no shedding, the knots were small & it was a easy install. I didn’t have to do much to it. Honestly , I couldn’t believe how pretty it was. I’ll definitely be ordering again! MUST BUY FOR SURE!!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to review before due to some personal issues but I have time now . Lace was trash ! I tried plucking it and lace kept ripping. So I never got to wear it! Wasted my money and time. Thought about returning it but I don’t drive and taking an Uber downtown is a lot. So I’ll take this loss this time. Ps hair texture was soft and kept its curl after co- wash so that’s the only good thing about it and I give 4 stars for that 0 stars for lace though

Absolutely horrible, the picture and the hair I received are like night and day. The wig I received could not be worn. The cap was probably the size of my palm, and would not even be able to fit on a baby's head, much less an adult. And even if the wig could fit on my head, I wouldn't dare step outside in it on a summer day, because it would have melted. I'm telling that this the fakest most plastic looking wig I've ever seen in my life, even one-time wear Halloween costume wigs are better quality than what I received. I immediately sent back for a refund. DO NOT BUY

I would have given it 5 stars but it had that weird smell.You have to wash it 50 million times but other than that it was amazing for that price !!!!I didn't bleach the knots but I did use the foundation and alcohol method and that did the trick. Look at that unit, she is giving Mamita.Also complements all skintones!I would definitely buy again, its beginner friendly.

The media could not be loaded.  Tbh ,this wig is everything.I’m absolutely still amazed and I love it..The wig is really soft and doesn't get tangled easily, it’s easy to detangle and comb through, the lace melted easily….It is came true to length and density was true also. This wig was very easy to bleach didn’t even take more than 10 mins and the knots toned excellently. I’ve been feeling not my self lately and this wig brought me back to life, you won't be disappointed with this wig!🥰
