Good zinc. But copper ratio should be 2.5 mg . Great product

I would say great product as it is mixed with copper bisglycinate to make the product efficiency good but I would also say that zinc picolinate in it is what makes me give it a 2 star.Zinc Picolinate doesn't break in our body and picolinic acid goes inside the organs decreasing iron levels and increasing serotonin levels.Because of this it made my hair loss.If it would have been only zinc bisglycinate, this product is a go go for sure
