While the included instructions weren't the clearest, the process is very intuitive. My advice for a smooth install: - Use a tape measure to mark the locations for the two end brackets and install them first. - Then, place the rod into the end brackets to determine the perfect location for the center support bracket. This ensures everything is aligned and supported properly. - Definitely use the center bracket. It’s the key to making the rod feel completely rigid and preventing any chance of sagging in the middle. The included drywall anchors were also great quality; just be sure to drill a hole that's snug enough for them to grip well. Finally, I want to address a point I’ve seen about the difficulty of changing curtains. Personally, I found this to be no problem at all. You don’t have to take the brackets off the wall. You simply loosen a small screw on each end bracket, which allows you to lift the rod out, slide on a new curtain, and then place it back and retighten. The whole process would take less than a minute. Overall, I am VERY happy with this purchase. It delivers a professional-grade blackout effect and looks fantastic. Just remember that the rod is only half the equation, as you need to pair it with quality blackout curtains to get the full result. These blackout room-darkening curved rods are excellent. They feel very sturdy, seem scratch resistant and durable, and were straightforward to hang. The curve makes a big difference—it prevents light from sneaking in at the sides, which helps keep the room truly dark. Not only does this block out streetlights at night and the early sunrise (our windows face east), but it also helps keep out some of the heat and bright light during the day. We use them in our vacation home living room, where guests or kids often sleep, and they make the space so much more comfortable. For the quality, function, and price, these are a great value.

I really like this curtain rod -- the flat, square mounting and the French return shape look sophisticated and on trend. It was easy to install and a good value for the money. It comes with a center bracket and my temptation was to not use it. However, the rod was not all that sturdy and when I hung my drapery panels, it definitely sagged in the middle. I was hanging unlined drapes on a 48" window, so they were not particularly heavy. The color is more black than bronze, but in my case that was an advantage. Good product, but I took off points for the sagging.

These curtain rods are wonderful. Super easy to put together and install. I’m 5’3” and had zero problems hanging these up in my house. Took me about 20 mins. My only suggestion would be to buy curtain clips if you plan to change out your curtains. Otherwise, you’ll have to unscrew them to remove them from the rod. These are very sturdy, not easily bent and perfect thickness. I used heavy blackout curtains and they hold my curtains easily. I bought one for my living room and ended up buying more for my bedrooms. Would definitely recommend!

This curtain rod does what it says on the tin. It's a decent price and seems of decent quality. It was also easy to install. The paint on it is a tad cheap-looking, is the only con I would say.
