The media could not be loaded.  There are several nice qualities about this 'desk' fan, which makes it much more than a mere desk fan. It is heavenly quiet, adjusts to a height that expands it's use into more of a small room fan, the black color with a very cool base lamp, 4-speeds, remote control and night light... to name a few good points. It also folds into an easy to store size.The air output is not intrusive so as to be uncomfortable like with most smaller fans. But because of the shape of the blades the flowing air distributes in a highly effective way! I can cross the room without being blasted by the airflow and still really feel the breeze. It's so effective, I rarely even use the highest setting.The cons are the life of the battery, but you don't have to use it if you plug the fan in. The remote control is attractive, but it's round shape, though adorably cute, isn't very practical; it is clumsy to hold while using the various settings; I've dropped mine a few times. And if you don't use the remote, you have to bend down to use settings on the base.Also, in the advertising, it seems to show that the fan head can be tilted back significantly. That is not the case; it tilts back only slightly.The only other thing I take issue with is the remote control battery which is already in the unit when you receive it. The instructions say to just buy another if it doesn't work, which I took to mean that the battery shelf life may contribute to its being drained already, or soon after receiving, which was my experience.Removing the remote's battery is a little difficult, and when I finally got the battery holder out, it popped out so roughly that the battery fell out of it. I never saw which way the battery should go in. I'm disappointed that the instructions don't specifically address removing/replacing the remote battery. You're only instructed to "*Please pay attention to the direction of battery placement when you replace the battery." But you're not shown what that direction is, or even how to remove or reinsert the battery holder, which is awkward to manipulate. I have not replaced that battery and am waiting until I have time to fiddle with it.Still, it is one of the nicest small fans I've ever owned. And the bottom line is the excellent air flow quality - highly effective without being overwhelming. Plus, it really is an attractive utilitarian unit that suits many types of decor.

The on/off button doesn't work so well, have to push it a few times to get fan to turn off, but otherwise is a good product.

Love that you can have a breeze when no plug is available. Very quiet.

Although I still stand by my original review that this product is not worth the amount of money Hebron charges and the product has technical difficulties, I was very pleased with their effort to right the problem by refunding my money due to the problems I had. That is excellent customer service. The design of the fan is awesome and I hope they can work out the kinks to make it a valued product.

I had battery problems after the return period was over. The seller still took care of it by sending me a new fan. That's great customer service!

I use this in my sons room as he is young and likes a night light and and needs a fan. This works as it should and I like that I can adjust it.
