I ordered 3 of these drums and they are great. I've used lots of high end tongue drums so I was skeptical of these, but was surprised at how good they sounded. They come with a very beginner friendly manual that can teach anyone how to play a song on the drums in seconds. They also include a soft case with a shoulder strap as well as a mallet bag to protect the drum and mallets when not in use. I ordered 3 different colors and they all look and sound great. The navy blue color is my favorite. Overall, you cannot beat these for the price.

This was a good investment. I use it for sound healing work but it also works on my children. It brings them together to play and make music as as calming the sound is clear and crisp. I love it and my kids do too.

Pros:- It's an affordable option for my kid to explore music without investing in expensive instruments.- The sound produced by the instrument is pleasant and calming.- The included booklet helped my kid practice playing simple songs- Everything, including the mallets, can be conveniently stored and transported in the provided bags.Cons:- The numbering of the 8 notes is confusing, with an unconventional sequence that includes a '7'.- The font used makes it difficult to distinguish between certain numbers, such as 1 and 7, which can be problematic for kids trying to follow along.

I actually bought this for myself to use as a rain chime. My 9 yr old decided he wanted it to playnwith instead. He loves it and carries it everywhere! Beautiful sounding drum, nice case, easy to use and take along.
