Got for my husband and he only used 2-3 times in the last year and now doesn't work. Tried to contact company and they are not willing to help me. Very disappointed.

IT WAS EASY TO SET UP. LOOKED GOOD. WORKED GREAT THE FIRST TIME I USED IT. WAS STORED PROPERLY. 2ND TIME I USED IT THERE WAS A LEAK ON THE INTERIOR OF THE HOSE REEL AND I GOT NO PRESSURE. PLASTIC MUT OF CRACKED WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT?WELL IF SOMETHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUEHEADS UP IT USUALLY ISTO BAD, I LIKED IT, ALOT QUIETER THAN MY GAS ONE. GOOD LUCK

Performance as expected. Power if great. Easy assembly. The wand holder comes off easily and the hose line is hard to turn. The water does leak at the bottom no matter how tight you screw the connection in, a washer may help.

Good power washer and did a nice job. The only thing I didn’t like was the hose was not very long .

Worst Amazon purchase I ever bought.Bought this product during prime day, it worked 2 days.For less than 1 hour each day now it will now it leaks like a sieve. Plastic El Coupling does not hold very Well went online 2 Find repair procedure, repaired the connection. And within five minutes, it came apart AgainI feel that this was cheaply made. Like I said, pressure was great the first time. But after that, it started leaking and would not shut off. Every time you released the gun trigger.

Missing bottle holder.Also, the only way to get soap is to use an attachment to the top of the bottle. You have to remove pressure wand, attach soap bottle to handle, spray, then reattach the wand for the rinse.I only plan to use this to rinse my vinyl siding a couple of times each year so hopefully It will last a little while. It costs $400 to pay a pro, I just want to to last long enough for me to offset that cost. It's dubious.

Works better than I thought it would. I was showering for more things to clean.. the only negative is moving it around it gets kinda goofy when u have a hose and a electrical cord connected to it but it comes with the territory

So disappointing and aggravating. It came out of the box and assembled easily. Started my deck and it worked great for about 35 minutes then just stopped. I thought maybe the motor was overheated and auto shut off. I let it cool down for an hour, didn't work. Then 2 hours, didn't work. Then overnight, still dead. I took apart everything and reassembled and plugged in, still dead. Further more, it says in the description that it can be exchanged or refunded. There is no option for an exchange. So, I initiated a return and was going to buy another, however, now the price is $10 more than what I paid the day before Prime Day. Now looking at other vendors, they appear to be the exact same type of washer, just different colors. The prices vary widely between them, as well as the description of P.S.I. I am less confident after reading the reviews of all of these "off brand" power washers, that we are actually getting what is described. Certainly, the quality of these machines leave a lot to be desired. This power washer would be awesome if it would of lasted.
