Well made and the fact that is adjustable was great! Easy to put up and looks great! Would recommend.

I bought this two of these to replace towel racks that kept falling off the wall. They were very easy to install and they are much more sturdy than what I had previously. I no longer have to reinstall my towel rack on a regular basis! The also look nice, there affordable, and I would buy again!

I got these towel bars for my guest bathroom. It's SUPER small, so I opted to mount them on the back of the door. Since the door has an inset, the adjustable feature was very helpful. My door is hardwood, so I didn't need the expanders. The install was fairly easy, although the set screws were so tiny they kept falling out and bouncing around. The towel bars themselves are sturdy enough for a seldom-used guest room, though I doubt I'd put them in a high traffic bathroom. They're attractive and fairly well-made. I'm happy.

Units were as expected and easy to mount

I had to find my own anchors. They were so hard to get it and then went right into the wall. I had to get my own to install it. The bar is great.

Only after drilling holes into a wood cabinet door to place the item on, did we realise that the actual little hex screw that would attach the outer ring onto the inner (screwed into the door) ring was defectively designed.There is a little Allen/hex screw that has a sharp point on it, intended to “bite into” the inner ring to lock into via a little Allen wrench.Unfortunately the inner ring is angled so the more one tightens the little hex screw, the more it actually pushes the whole structure outwards.Upset I didn’t t notice this prior to drilling. My bad.Now we have to patch up a wood door and paint over it.So, not only did we buy a faulty product, but it now will cost us more in time and money just to get back to where we were prior to be suckered into buying this item.Please don’t make the same mistake we did.The only
