Wonderful noodles
They are the best .The egg whites make a firm but silky soft noodle .

Disappointing
Thought this would taste similar to the ramen noodle in Shin and other ramen but has taste and texture of limp thin spaghetti. Perhaps this is the Japanese version ( as opposed to Chinese or Korean )
