Beakers, test tubes, medicine bottles, swabs, a scale, a laptop, clipboard, hairnet, safety glasses, tweezers, a dropper, crucible tongs, a bunson burner, a beaker stand with a condenser; even a microscope with "functioning" slides!This is PERFECT for a pretend lab setup which you don't often see in children's toys; both my 2-year old and 7-year old have already gotten hours of play out of it.I love that this set is more realistic to the type of equipment you'd see "behind the scenes" in a medical setting and isn't just your typical "stethoscope, otoscope, syringe" doctor set. It's even made a perfect segue for a lot of conversations about chemistry, microbiology, epidemiology, etc. with my 7-year old and it's amazing seeing the curiosity it's sparked in her.This set is thoroughly realistic, enriching, and very high quality. If I were to give it negative marks of any kind it would be that the foam on the swabs has a habit of sliding off (easily fixed with some E6000) and that it didn't come with a bag or sturdier box to keep the kit stored in. But neither mark diminishes the value of this set in my eyes.

The pieces are smaller than they appear in the photos, but they are good quality. My set came missing the safety goggles, so that was a bummer.

My kids absolutely LOVE playing doctor and I’m always on the hunt for new supplies to keep them entertained. This scientist set is a great addition to their medical career pretend play and is a lot like the Melissa and Doug sets we own. The pieces are wooden and some come with magnetic attachments. They are excellent quality and very sturdy. I think the scale of things is a little off though - the clipboard and computer are tiny compared to the medicine bottles and cups. My kids won’t notice or pay any attention to it but it is just something to note. Other than that, the set is comprehensive and very well made.

This was a perfect gift set formy kid who wished to pretend to be a doctor. This set includes, head wrap, transparent goggles,a microscope, a laptop, and so many other little stuff to do scientific experiments or prescribe medicine in pretense.Also the most of the pretend items are not cheap plastic but wood. My kid had so much fun using the wooden laptop, andwriting down records, and checking bacterias and viruses with the microscope. It is a very fun and educational toy set for bothboys and girls, and I think any parent would appreciate this kind of kids' gift.

Super cute little wooden science play set. The microscope is very well done and the different slides of microorganisms just pop right on. The whole set is well rounded and full of plenty of enrichment. The cap and eyewear is a nice touch. And the mini laptop is just too much. So cute. Overall, a great way to learn about science.

I got this for my 3yr old niece and although the set is really cute, a lot of the items are a little advanced for her knowledge so she isn't really excited about this. Overall, I really like the set as it comes with a lot of pieces, however, it does require adult supervision as a means to teach the children about the individual pieces; its not something that I'd pick (for example) if i expected 2, 3yr Olds to play with together, alone.

This is a very complete play set for the budding doctor or nurse. It has everything from scrubs to lab equipment. It does have some small parts, so watch that with the younger kids. It is a great way to get kids using their imagination instead of their devices.
