Game Ready is the best
The Game Ready system is intended for the most rapid recovery possible. It provides regulated cooling and variable pressure. It has saved me weeks of recovery time for both a knee and shoulder surgery (as determined by PT unaware of my use of the device) It is automatic and can run on periodic cycles at night with little to no attention. All of that said, it is a professional system intended for licensed individuals in a commercial medical environment. This is a medical device that is expensive because of its approvals and certifications. It is not an ice bucket with a circulation pump - as it is leaps and bounds ahead of such a device. If you can afford it, do it. If your Ortho is worth their salt, they have pro athletes on these already.
