My kids have been using these for a few years. What a nice consumer electronic product. They're made of beautiful materials. The pads are soft. The bluetooth connection is super stable. And most impressively, the battery lasts for many uses. 500 mile road trips present no need to charge over the course of going there and back. We loved it so much we bought a second (over ear model). And the volume limit is a great feature for our littles.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my customer service experience was so outstanding I had to write. The headphone AUX jack stopped working after about 11 months, so I wrote the company. They immediately honored their warranty, responded quickly, and sent out a new pair, with special attention to even the color my son wanted. (Special shoutout to Breanna over there). Solid headphones and even better customer service. Buy away with confidence that this company-and its people-acts honorably.

This is my second pair. I got the first pair at a discount, and wasn’t willing to pay full price for the second pair initially. I researched and bought a highly-rated, cheaper pair before purchasing these. I regret it and wished I could’ve returned them. I ended up paying more than if I would’ve just bought these in the first place. They are comfortable and come with two sizes of ear cups making them ideal for children of multiple ages. I ended up buying the bigger ear cups for my original pair after getting these. They are easy to connect and the volume is easy to control. The sound is good. They are lightweight, charge quickly, and have a long battery life. Again, this is my second pair. The first pair is an older model that is four years old. They work great for school and travel. I would definitely recommend spending the money for this product. Don’t make the same mistake I did and try to cheap out. Just buy them!

I purchased these in blue and pink for my kids Christmas in 2024 to use with their Yoto player. After doing a ton of research I landed on this brand and was very excited. We were looking something that could use a cord since we don't want our kids wearing bluetooth headphones. The cord feature was the selling point for us. Well, the headphones never worked well. I kept replacing the cord thinking that was the problem, but I've now replaced the cord at least 5 times with different brands of cords and the headphones never work right. There is always either the right or left ear not producing sound, or static or just no sound at all. And now the bluetooth feature doesn't even work if we wanted to use it. I spent $200 for both sets and barely got a couple of months use out of them. I wish I had returned when it was an option. Not sure if they are just duds or what. Very disappointed and would never recommend.

We’ve had Puro headphones for a while, this is our 3rd pair and we love the quality and the sound. However, my 7year old just took them on a roadtrip and the sound was not as loud to hear them on the road. I get that the sound is lower to protect their ears, but there was barely any sound coming out. I wish I could modify this on an app. I also disliked that she cannot be listening and charging them…at least that’s what we experienced. Everything else is lovely, the size, comfort, Bluetooth connectivity works great and they are pretty stylish too!

Our 7 and 4 year olds have each used a pair of these headphones for about a year and they are holding up great. I really appreciate the volume limiting since my kids tend to turn things up more than they should otherwise. The headphones come with generous accessories and premium feeling cases, as well as excellent warranty service. One pair lost audio to one side and after about a one minute chat consult, the company shipped out a replacement that arrived 2 days later. Amazing service.

Perfect for 3 yo. Not too expensive and worked great on plane trips.

Purchased over 1.5 years ago for my now 10 year old daughter and they have been an excellent investment. I've seen no issues with durability or design. No tears on the replaceable ear cups, electronics still function as intended, battery still charging as expected. She uses these almost daily. We take them to restaurants so she can play games on her device while my wife and I chat and they have been paired to multiple devices with no problems. Anodized aluminum has a premium look and the finish has not chipped, scratched or marred. Volume is limited to protect your children from overexposure which we love. Well worth the cost.
