Anti-snoring mouthpiece - Single Pack for Women

I'd previously tried an anti snoring mouthpiece & while it seemed to work initially I found it kept falling out as it was too big so thought I'd give this one a go as it's marketed as being smaller & specifically for women. I was a bit sceptical as it is cheaper than the mouthpiece I had originally but am pleased to say I was proved wrong! It's really simple to adjust to fit your mouth & the smaller size seems perfect for me. It stays in all night and my partner reports he no longer hears me! I think with all these mouthpieces it's trial & error to find the right one for you but in my experience it's definitely worth persevering!

This simply works by bringing the lower jaw forward while wearing the device. I gave this product five stars as it does the trick... Stopped my horrendously loud snoring. Fitting it is pretty simple but the only thing is it's slightly loose so next one (they should be replaced every 3/4months, but I'm guessing that's for hygiene reasons, I'm not sure?) I fit I will make sure I do a better job, although saying that It doesn't fall out as I expected it to. First night I wore it for an hour before I slept to get use to it and it worked from that night and onwards.

These are a bit smaller and give a better fit, it does the job and no snoring, does make bottom jaw ache for the first hour in a morning after wearing it all night. But a good nights sleep out-ways an aching jaw!!

Useless and very uncomfortable

Very disappointed as having followed the instructions to mould the mouthpiece, I ended up with a mess.Put the heated mould onto my botttom teeth but then found the top had melted on one side so very lumpy and uneven. Tried wearing it last night but it was loose and uncomfortable.
