I read it also lowers heart rate and mine is already pretty low, so that was my only concern about taking it. I read the normal dosage is typically 50 – 100 mg per day. This supplement suggests two softgels a day or a total of 800 mg, so I have been taking just one per day (400 mg) for about six weeks without any ill side effects. I did notice that I have not been forgetting things as much as before. It was like I was having a brain fog now and then. My heartrate has remained normal, for me. At one softgel each day, this two-pack order will last four months, unless I increase my dosage. After my first bottle is done, I might take two per day and see if there are any more improvements.

I have been taking this for a couple of months. It is small and easy to swallow. I can't say for sure that this is the pill that is making a difference in my memory problems. But I can say that last year about this time when I was doing taxes for the corporation for which I am President, my personal taxes, and my son's taxes, I was having trouble with confusion and had to drive to my account an hour away to get her help in person. Don't buy these supplements... When I opened up the bottle the gel caps were all stuck together and would break open when you tried to separate them... I'd return them but Amazon doesn't allow it... I won't buy from these folks again... I think there selling the bottles in pairs to get rid of them...
