Well made sturdy and well worth the money

The boards arrive in great packaging. Clean and nice. I noticed a damp feeling upon touch, but didn’t think twice. I mounted 300 8x10 student art pieces on them. Looked stunning. Next day as the boards dried they turned a weird fungally looking white blotchy color and started to warp in shape. By 48 hours out of the bag, they’re brittle, crispy, warped and white blotchy. Terrible product. This photo shows the remaining ones I have left after about 12 hours out of the bag.

Works , size is exactly as stated. Thickness is perfect for a two layer book cover.

I brought this wrong but for make simple notesbook or another use is fine. So i made a mistake and choose a thin.

The thickness and dimensions are as described, so I have no issue there — but I’m specifically talking about the uncoated gray version. If you’re planning to use it for book covers, don’t. It never fully dries, and because it stays slightly damp inside, it always warps. I’ve been doing this job for 8 years, and normally, leaving a 50pt chipboard in the press for one day should harden and dry it to almost wood-like stiffness. But just five minutes after removing it, it starts warping again. I’m not using any tensioned or elastic materials like fabric with stretch. I previously bought the black version from another brand here on Amazon, and that one was great — it became rock hard even while I was laminating it. But if you’re going to use it for small, simple projects or as a separator, then go ahead and buy it — the price is good.
