Far better than conventional hot water bottle
This is perfect for treating my back pain more discreetly and without boiling kettles and having a lump of the bottle opening of a conventional hot water bottle sticking in your back! Especially good for sleeping with and the heat lasts far longer than conventional hot water bottle. So good I bought another for my mother the cover is super soft too. I highly recommend as did my mum's physiotherapist.

Cannot remove cover
Bought directly from Hotties and not from Amazon. Cannot remove the outer cover without damaging the heat pack inside or the cover itself. It is not elasticated nor zipped. The only way I can think of is to unpick the stitching or use brute force. Otherwise it is as expected.
