Good product, replaced a set years ago with no issues since.
Purchased this set for a client who was having issues with the drawers on their dishwasher. Installing them was super easy, the build quality was good. And they seemed to fit the clients dishwasher with no issue. After install, the drawers were much more stable than with the original hardware.

Nice to fix the dishwasher finally
Pretty straight forward to install watching a YouTube video. Fits and works better than the original with the exception of the rail end clips. I ended up using the originals

Higher Quality
So far, this is 5 stars. We have purchased another generic brand for the past few years after our top rack broke. We didn't realize that there was a reason the replacements kept breaking. The quality on this one is much better, and it incudes the clips that help reinforce the sides, which we didn't even realize was missing from the competitor. The rack slides much smoother, and we aren't afraid to put a bunch of heavy coffee cups on the top. This may cost as much as a 2 pack of the others, but this is worth it. We've purchased the others about 5 times now. I feel like this one will last a while!

Worked like a charm! One wheel on one side panel broke. I chose to just replace the part that broke. I now have an extra items for when ever they break. I did notice the end cap pieces probably won’t fit. I was checking them with the ones I took off. I did watch a couple YouTube videos, super helpful. Absolutely no instructions come with the parts.

Whirlpool replacement parts for top rack
These were a perfect fit for my whirlpool washer at half the price of the OEM. Time will tell how long they hold up vs the originals. But holding them next to each other these actually look a little bit nicer. Looked up a video online to install. Was easy. Gave tip to extend down and was a great tip. Would buy again.

This works perfect and it was easy to install. Take a picture before you take old one off and you will be done in 15 min.

Was a little concerned about this being a true fit but eventually just took the chance because could not even find replacement part on the Whirlpool site itself as it was just endless clicking loop ending in can’t find model number ending. It is 100% perfect fit and with matching set of fixtures in case the originals get damaged on disassembly. Took about 20 minutes and did both sides so both now no longer with the weak plastic mount pin replaced with the steel screws instead. Top rack pack to new alignment and machine noise lessened with that.

Worked great as a replacement for my broken top rack support! The original one broke at the rail wheels and the new one has screwed wheels instead of supporting them with just a plastic pin.
