this is a very good everyday watch. i have the black band and im able to wear it with every outfit. this watch runs very well and is smooth and it does what it's supposed to do. the band is comfortable and im able to wear it daily. the features like heart rate monitoring and sports tracking are accurate and its waterproof which is a plus. in general this watch is good if you're on a budget or just want a good smart watch for everyday use

Great fitness watch. Easy set up with the downloaded app. Make sure you check for updates, the app is always improving. Lots of cool fitness features, great value and this also sync with my alexa. Love the call and answer feature. Excellent price with all the bells and whistles

For this being my first smart watch at 35 years old I approve! First the price (right now anyway is fabulous and can't be beat so wait for a sale). Secondly, the square screen is BIG and I like it, not bulky. I can actually SEE and I'm not squinting. The colors and quality on the watch itself are perfect. Very very easy to set up even your technology challenged parents can handle it! The app is so overloaded I love it, so many features and hidden nooks that other watches don't give you. It charges very quickly, you can easily take the charger on the go with you however you need to supply your own block. I love the sleep tracking feature (my sleep is absolutely terrible, I mean TERRIBLE so that part will do me well). The functions and swipe features are very easy and simple you really can't mess it up, honestly. And if you are switching from another watch (name brand to this one) there may be a slight learning curve however I think you will be much happier with this one especially the LONG battery life. My only 2 downfalls are: NO lock passcode or at least I can't find it, and it only has a select number of basic apps to choose to get notifications and I want more notifications from other apps (such as Ring doorbell etc). I also cannot say ENOUGH about support - USE them! Text them through WhatsApp its probably the best feature! I have them right at my fingertips if I need something, even a super basic question that I just hadn't figured out on my own yet. I absolutely love that they did that! And the responses are super thorough - pictures and step by step instructions and all. I can send a message and a reply may not be instant but they respond and I'm not sitting on hold listening to crappy music, waiting for an email response or tied to my laptop in a chat. I am so happy we chose these watches over a name brand more expensive watch.

I bought this watch five months ago and found it to be a great smartwatch for tracking my fitness. I started walking regularly, and once I was able to dial in the app to be accurate for my weight and height, it worked very well. (this definitely took some trial and error, and while it's not true to my actual height, it's now tracking distance with the accuracy of a treadmill!) It's a great means of encouragement to walk more every day, set and track goals, and experiment with different sport modes (walking, hiking, bicycling, etc.) In the first five months of wearing the watch, tracking my steps and fitness, and eating smaller, healthier meals, I lost 85 pounds! I owe a lot of my success to the watch as it kept track of everything and got me in the mindset of matching or beating my previous stats. Sadly, it does not hold up to water. With a rating of "IP68 Waterproof" I was hoping for more, but playing in the surf one afternoon was enough to kill it. It worked while I was wearing it, but later that evening it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't charge. Sadly, the watch died. Here's where the fantastic customer service comes in. I wrote to the manufacturer and explained the situation. Through a series of emails, they ran me through some diagnostics - just to make sure the watch wouldn't come back on. After a few email exchanges, they agreed the watch was dead and promptly sent me a replacement watch at no charge. I received the watch within a few days, synced it to the app, and I was once again recording my fitness and back on track. I am thrilled with this watch and it has helped me get into shape. The customer service is polite and attentive, and the replacement watch is working like a charm. This time, I will be far more protective around water.

THE PERFECT starter smart watch for me! It has every feature you could ask for...even more than the pricier smart watches out there! Seriously! Plus it's super cute and comfortable and adjusts to the perfect size and stays put. My favorite features are the step counter, sleep tracker and the dozens of cute backgrounds available! (There are more than "dozens" available - that's just how many I really like - which is a LOT!) It was very simple to sync the watch to my Bluetooth and the VeryFit app, which is dating a lot for me! It's really easy to keep charged with the charger that's included and the battery lasts a really long time, I think around a week! I would definitely recommend this watch. Good brand 👍🏼

It works fantastic as a cheaper version of the Apple Watch! However, its step counter is not accurate at all. You have to keep the wrist that has the watch free from carrying or holding anything to ensure that it actually counts your steps. But the fitness tracker that records your workouts is actually quite nice. TLDR; good deal for cheap, but look elsewhere for an accurate calorie/step counter watch

I’m an Apple Watch girl, I’m one of those that can’t go without a smart watch or my whole day is off, while my watch is being repaired , after reading many reviews I decide on this watch, and I’m amazed at how it is so much like an Apple Watch but not a bulky as my ultra, I will be staying with this new watch, the style the fit, the technology has won me over and the price was no no brainer. Get you this watch you will be amazed as I was.

I needed to replace a deceased smart watch I had used for years, so I decided to give this watch a go as the price is reasonable, and I figured if it turns out to be a dud, at least I’m not out much of an investment. Setup went rather well and the interface is customizable, within limits, and now that I’ve used it for a few months I have adapted to it and like it. That said, there is one issue that I don’t like and it prompts me to write this review. That issue is showing high pulse rates that I know are not correct. I’m a 76 year old man and quite active, and I keep regular tabs on my blood pressure, heart rate, etc, so I know what ranges are normal for me. The issue I am noting here may just be my particular watch and may not be present in others of this brand. Here’s an example, while riding my lawn tractor, mowing grass, I get continuous alerts on a high heart rate, I’m talking as high as 230. It isn’t just one alert, it’s every few minutes. Same thing happens when I’m being active in the yard, walking, or other not-so-strenuous things. I’ve even checked my pulse with other means just to be sure and every time it is very normal. Can you imagine having a pulse of 230? Anyway, the only way around this is to turn off alerts. Another disadvantage is that these high readings are recorded and show in the logs, which throws the reports askew and renders them of no benefit. Other than this very annoying issue, I am pleased with this watch. Battery life is great, SPO2 is great, etc. I am seriously considering replacing this watch with a different brand to hopefully get correct readings, but how do I know I won’t get a similar problem? As the true saying, you get what you pay for. Again, let me repeat that I have no problems other than this, and perhaps I’m expecting too much.
