What the Romans did for us: From takeaways to motorways (White Wolves Non Fiction)

Great to use in primary class as part of Roman project as information is clearly set out with images short paragraphs of information. It is a good starting point for research and discussion. However, for the price I was expecting perhaps a bit more information.

My son really liked this book, we found it was a really fun way to look at the impact of the romans had in britain and where we see this influence today. As always fun equals retention so we are happy with this purchase :)

This book is pretty basic but good quality in itself and the contents were appropriate for the 6 year age group it was purchased for. My daughter was chuffed to take it to school for a project and said it was passed.round each.group.

Item arrived on time and as described.

This is an easy to understand book. I would say it really wouldn't be very much use if detailed Roman information was needed. It is quite thin and in my opinion is rather basic, so would say 6 - 7 years of age.

Factual and well laid out.

Easy to read it for little ones, full of pictures, informative.
